What file format do the mockups come in?

All mockups are provided as PSD files with smart object layers, compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS6 and above.

Can I use these mockups without Photoshop?

Yes. You are free to use our mockups for print-on-demand platforms such as Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, and Etsy.

Our mockups are optimised for Adobe Photoshop. While some customers have used them successfully in Photopea, we cannot officially guarantee full compatibility as we only test and support Photoshop.

Can I share or resell the PSD file?

No. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the PSD file in any form is strictly prohibited under our license terms.

How do I receive my file after purchase?

After completing your purchase you will receive an automatic download link instantly. No waiting, no manual sending.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal. Additional local payment methods will be available soon.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds on completed purchases.
