License:

Every mockup purchased from Mockup Foundry comes with a full commercial license included. No upgrades, no tiers, no confusion — just one straightforward license that covers everything you need.

Upon purchasing any product from Mockup Foundry, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the file for both personal and professional purposes. This includes personal and creative projects, client work and paid design projects, print-on-demand products on platforms such as Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, and Etsy, social media content and marketing materials, brand presentations and portfolio work, and unlimited end products and projects.

The following uses are strictly prohibited. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the PSD file in any form. You may not claim ownership of the original mockup design. You may not sublicense the file to any third party or include the PSD file in any product bundle for resale.

Each license is granted to the individual purchaser only. The file may not be shared across multiple users, teams, or organisations. Each person requiring access to the file must purchase their own copy.

Purchases & Refunds:

All products sold on Mockup Foundry are digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your file. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase such as a corrupted file or a failed download, please contact us at mockupfoundryco@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the product has been downloaded and the request does not meet the criteria above.

Intellectual Property:

All mockup files, preview images, and creative assets available on Mockup Foundry are the intellectual property of Mockup Foundry. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise in the license terms above.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the file as described in the Licensing section. It does not transfer ownership of the original design or any associated intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

The Mockup Foundry name, logo, and brand identity are protected and may not be reproduced, imitated, or used in any form without prior written permission.
